What do you feel you will bring to the Australian Unit of Destruction?: I have a good sense of humour, I am intelligent and a good team player. I am serious when I need to be and I like to have fun. I am a decent FPS player and am currently in a good clan on resistance 2.
Where did you hear about the AUoD?: Google searched "Australian Killzone 2 Clan" and you guys popped up. I love the Clan tag on the homepage.
Why is it that you want to join?: I am currently in on Resistance 2 (aka the Question). They are a great bunch of guys but they are all from the United States. Killzone 2 looks to have great clan support so I am looking to get involved in regular clan matches. Because of this, I need a local clan where the timezones meet up.

I do not own COD 4 or COD WAW. Insane I know but I hired COD 4 from the video store and finished single player in like one sitting. I couldnt justify spending 120 on a purchase just for the multiplayer. And besides... its a down right bitch to find these days in the stores.
Becuase of this, I will post my Resistance 2 stats as thats what I have been playing most of the time.

Resistance 2:
Headset: Yep
K/D Ratio: Its at about 1:1... This is somewhat distorted because I share my profile with my sisters boyfriend who sucks at Resistance 2 so that has dragged my ratio down a great deal. Truth be told, In most games I am in the top 5-10 players.
Favourite Weapon: Carbine. I have gotten most of my kills with this gun and theres nothing more satisfying than nailing someone with the grenade launcher.
Playstyle: Most of the time I am the kind of guy who likes to breach areas. If I need to take the base, I take the base. Im not one to sit back and snipe most of the time (even though the sixaxis support for KZ2 might tempt me to). Im a team player. I will sacrifice my KD ratio to win the round.

Yeah I know R2 isnt the best game and it pisses me off beyond belief how you basically have to empty out a whole clip to kill somebody so after getting a frag if you see someone, you might as well say your prayers.
Anyone know how the bullet damage is in KZ2? Is it similar to COD 4?

This will also lead to my old clan not getting angry with me for joining an Australian clan. Im no deserter but I want to be able to play with people in my time zone instead of only being able to play with clan mates at 1 in the afternoon AEST.

As for your question about how active we are, it's kinda hard to say. We (now) play CoD W@W basically every night together and some of us play MotorStorm during the day (and late at night), but once KZ2 rolls around that will probably be all we play.

As for the people resigning, that was sorted out and the best people remain in the clan while we got rid of several tools who were unloyal to the clan. Everything is rolling sweet now

Yeah... but as Cyrax said, practically everyone will be playing KZ2 on your list when it releases... and the good thing is, the games are so large that we should be able to fit everyone into one team...

I'm definately picking up kz2 at launch, i can't wait for a whole lot of clan games.
you would be wise to pick up w@w smithy cause on every other night we seem to play random private match games or ranked games.

I kind of resisted getting W@W because its like a protest. I didnt like them going back to ww2.

It's still fun, though.
